The medigration ImageBroker is a cost effective, trendsetting multi-functional system for the workflow-based distribution, storage and archiving of digital images and results. We consistently apply existing standards for your independence. Through the use of validated DICOM and HL7 interfaces, we guarantee high integration with all digital modalities and existing information systems (HIS)
Individual workflow orientated handling
Our ImageBroker ensures fast, seamless communication of image and result data through freely configurable routing rules and an individual time management. The multi-site PACS architecture enables high-performing, flexible in-house as well as inter-site intercommunication.
Our individual image management solutions can be easily expanded and configured for altered requirements correspondingly. Resources can be optimally used and specifically scaled thanks to virtualization solutions. We offer you custom made fault tolerance concepts for smooth, uninterrupted operation (high availability).
Expandability
Your whole image base can be kept online without any problems thanks to the unique, lossless pyramid compression.
The security module manages access privileges and ensures that all patient data is immediately
available to authorized employees. When connected to external systems, you can thus 100% guarantee the security/confidentiality
of your data.
For scalable long-term archiving which is in accordance with regulations, we provide DVD or Blu-Ray drives and RAID
systems with up to 244 TB of storage. Furthermore, we offer the possibility to fully automate archiving with robot systems.
Further upgrade options
- DICOM Modality Worklist Provider: Interface between HIS and modality. Receives patient data from a HIS and forwards these to the connected modalities via DICOM modality worklist service.
- DICOM Basic Study Content Notification (SCP/SCU): Sends a notification to the HIS, which images were received.
- DICOM Storage Commitment (SCP/SCU): Sends a notification to the modality which images were received.
- HL7-Server-Connection (patient data management, forwarding of results...)
Additional Feature:
Patient CD Importer
Using the Patient CD Importer one can add external images to the PACS in fast and straigtforwad way. The ergonomic user interface provides a quick overview of the respective image data. Thereby you might easily decide to only import selected images or studies or to just import everything using a single mouse click. Beside patient CDs also PDF can be stored fast and comfortably in the PACS archive via the CD Importer. In order to provide a seamless integration with your data, the Patient CD Importer may query your DICOM worklist to obtain a valid patient id to file the images.
